Random Cosplay Tips #12: plastic flowers

Okay. This is not a tutorial nor a tip. But I understand a lot of cosplayers often need to find plastic flowers for either their costume or as a prop.

Plastic flowers can be ridiculously expensive in Singapore. The cheapest I've ever found was bouquets of roses going for $2.50 at the night markets ( Pasar Malam) during Chinese New Year season. Which isn't always the season cosplayers source for flowers.

Cut the story short, I found out that the NTUC at Paya Lebar Post Centre sells relatively cheap plastic flowers. They range from $3.50 - $3.90 per bunch depending on the flower type. Best part is, I think that stand is there all year round.

Paya Lebar Post Centre is just beside Paya Lebar MRT Station. It's the final fantasy like building with fountain and cylindrical structure.

The NTUC Supermarket is at basement 2 of the mall and faces the escalator directly. You can't miss it. Hope this was helpful!
