Disney announces FROZEN 2!

Given the success of Disney’s animated movie FROZEN, which by the way, is nothing short of phenomenal. It comes as no surprise that FROZEN will be getting a sequence! How long it will take to reach us though, is hard to tell as the creative team has only just gathered back recently it seems (or maybe they’ve been doing it for a long time without our knowledge haha). Let’s hope the Animation giant will strike while the iron’s hot (or while the ice is still cold for this case xD?) and deliver while the interest is still strong. No release dates or production details have been announced yet.

The Oscar®-winning team behind Frozen—directors Chris Buck and Jennifer Lee and producer Peter Del Vecho—are returning for the new film. “We enjoyed making Frozen Fever so much and being back in that world with those characters,” said Lasseter. The animation of Disney movies like Tangled was really great. Even the animation in Bolt or Meet the Robinsons was great too, and those were years ago! So much of computer animation looks the same, but Disney just does it better.
